India has a 💩 problem, but it's working hard to fix it. Without sewers, India relies on innovative ways to get rid of 💩, like this treatment plant our CEO @suedesmondhellmann visited last year. Huge trucks collect the 💩from homes and transport it to the fecal sludge treatment plant. The 💩 goes through underground processing tanks and comes out the other end as fertilizer. The byproducts are used to run process, making it nearly sustainable. With innovations like this, a cleaner India is possible!
